It is with great pleasure that I am writing with regard to my past dealings with Castle Residential Services.

I was introduced to the company by a colleague about 4 years ago and have purchased 2 properties initially in the Newcastle area. I found their buying process extremely straightforward and “hassle free.” I was instantly made to feel secure and visited my properties a few times before I agreed to purchase them.

I contacted the firm of chartered surveyors that had initially valued my properties and they confirmed the viability of my purchases and this was one of the main factors that made me feel secure from the onset.

I was kept informed throughout the purchase and refurbishment process both by telephone and digital photographs. Once completed, I was impressed when I came to view the refurbished properties and was given the choice of a few different managing agents.

Since then I have been able to re-finance both properties which had both increased in value considerably and made further purchases from Castle.

I have now used Castle to source further properties and I now have 7 properties across The North East and would continue to use this company in the future.

Living and working in London I am aware that the returns I am achieving are totally unachievable in my own area and believe that the North East represents fantastic value. I would have no hesitation in recommending Castle to any potential investor.
